At YEYESTYLE, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new summer pieces. If your Summer Dress doesn’t fit quite right or that Swimsuit isn’t exactly what you dreamed of, don’t worry! We’re here to help you find the perfect match.

2. OUR 30-DAY HAPPY GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. Whether it’s a size swap or a change of heart, we’ve got your back.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To keep things simple, just follow these steps:

1. Send a quick hello to our team at yeyestylestore@outlook.com.

2. Include your order number and let us know if you’d like an exchange or a refund.

3. We’ll send you the instructions on where to send your package.

4. THE SMALL STUFF (RETURN CONDITIONS)

To be eligible for a return, we just ask that:

• Items are in the same condition you received them—unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

• For hygiene reasons, Swimsuits must still have the original hygiene liner in place.

• Items are free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks (we know, trying things on can be messy, but please be careful!).

5. EASY EXCHANGES

Found a dress you love but need a different size? The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or, contact us, and we’ll help guide you through the swap!

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

To keep our prices affordable for everyone, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if we sent you the wrong item or something arrived damaged (oops!), we will take care of the shipping costs completely.
